File Requirements

• Accepted formats: PNG, SVG, or EPS

• Transparent background required

• Recommended resolution: 300 DPI for best print quality

• Please double-check your files before submitting

  We are not responsible for low-quality or blurry images caused by poor file resolution.

Before Adding to Cart

Please ensure your rolling gang sheet is properly set up:

• All images are high quality

• No overlapping designs

• No artwork extending beyond the artboard

• Proper spacing between designs

Once uploaded, your file is received as one continuous design and is uploaded directly into our RIP software for printing.

Printing Details

• Printed on a 24-inch commercial Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer

• Transfers are not embellished with rhinestones, glitter, or embroidery
  (Some artwork may appear to have these effects but they are printed only.)

Processing & Shipping

• Processing time: Same business day for orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon)

• Orders placed after noon will be processed the next business day

• Shipping time varies based on the method selected at checkout

Transfer Instructions (Regular DTF)

1. Set heat press to 310°F with 70 PSI or higher pressure

2. Pre-press garment for 10 seconds

3. Place transfer face up and cover with a grease-proof sheet

4. Press for 10 seconds

5. Instant peel while warm

   • If edges lift, repress for 5 seconds, allow to cool completely, then peel

6. Cover image with a grease-proof sheet and press again for 5 seconds to set

Polyester garments:

• Reduce temperature to 295°F and press for 10 seconds
