🔥 HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS

• Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture.
• Position transfer on garment.
• Press at **310°F for 10 seconds** using firm pressure (70 PSI or higher).
• Peel immediately while hot.
• Cover with parchment paper or a finishing sheet and repress for 5 seconds.

Heat press is highly recommended. Household irons are not recommended.
