🔥 PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

• Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds.
• Position transfer.
• Press at **310°F for 10 seconds** using firm pressure (70 PSI or greater).
• Peel immediately while hot.
• Cover with parchment paper or a finishing sheet and repress for 5 seconds.

A commercial heat press is recommended. Household irons are not recommended.
